Namaste! I’m Meenakshi, founder of Meenakshi – Satva The Core, where healing, intuition, and transformation meet. My offerings include Angel Healing, Systemic Constellation, Akashic Readings, and Tarot & Angel Guidance, with more on the way.
My soul purpose is to gently guide you back to your core - the place where true growth, transformation, and abundance begins. This is your space to heal and return home to your truth. It is an honour to walk beside you. You are unique. This is all about you.
In Zen Den we are building our family or collaborators. Please do get in touch if you'd like to work in our space. We are currently looking to welcome those who might need a place of peace to work from be that talking therapists, life coaches and beauty therapist. As long as your service differs from ours and you're willing to embrace the peaceful environment we'd love to hear from you.
Sri Zen Den holds a special place in my heart as my first healing space-the true beginning of my journey as a business owner. BECKY - Independent Mental Health Nurse ... 'Unmasked' every Wednesday evening
Becky Richens is an Independent Mental Health Nurse Consultant with more than two decades of experience in mental health, neurodevelopmental services, and substance misuse. She is passionate about creating meaningful change in systems and services so that neurodivergent people and those experiencing mental health challenges can thrive.
Alongside her consultancy, Becky founded the Unmasked: Women, ADHD and Me, a weekly psychoeducation group hosted by Sri Zen Den Ltd, that provides connection, education, and advocacy for women with ADHD.
Becky is deeply committed to co-production, always ensuring that the voices of people and families are at the heart of change. Her work reflects her belief that sustainable improvements come from compassion, collaboration, and equity.

Her consultancy work focuses on wellbeing, psychoeducation, workforce development, and system leadership. Becky partners with organisations to develop trauma-informed, neuroaffirming approaches that improve both professional confidence and the experiences of those accessing support.
