This is a one of kind school holiday workshop - we will be bringing all the tools for the wellbeing toolbox. Even if your child or teen never meets us again they will have some fabulous skills to use moving forward. We aim to keep this session age appropriate and fun as well as grounding and useful. Your child will need to bring lunch, snacks and a drink.
