Please come join us for some Crystal Christingles, homemade mince pies, drinks of your choice, gentle breathwork and mediations followed by a beautiful sound bath

3 hours of festive magic a dash of fun and of course mindful, musical, energy healing bliss.

£45 per person.
What to expect:

Make your own Mindful Crystal Christingles a playful, joyous and mindful workshop/activity

Breathwork led session with Sam

Tea, coffee and cake plus mince pies home made by Sam's Mum!! Hot choccie and non alcoholic mulled wine

Festive Sound bath and meditation, Jazz will be bringing some special festive sounds to make things cozy and festive!

Sam will offer reiki whilst the bowls are being played
There are 26 spaces in total, but Zen Den only have 15 to offer you as Jazzy will be offering half the spaces to her clients! So be quick!
