Using Swedish Massage techniques for teenagers is something we feel passionately about. In this age bracket often our young adults are a very similar size to adults! So this time is typically be for a back neck and shoulder massage, we may be able to fit in additional such as - -Head and Face -Foot Massage -Arms and Hands For full body please book the 60 minutes Sam began massaging her eldest son (now 13) as a newborn and still does, has seen first hand the difference a massage can make to the wellbeing of young children and teenagers. In this age bracket we introduce teens to the concept of resting and being still as a benefit to being active. Choosing to take time out, self care is a choice - Sam makes this obvious to all her teen Zen Denners in an age appropriate manner. Having been a secondary school teacher...Sam is keen to connect in with the teens also as a way to act as a tool to manage the challenges that school and relationships bring in this age bracket. Please discuss if you feel your child has other needs that massage/relaxation may be of benefit. There are 3 age brackets on the booking page which reflects the length of time for the age group, if after the first few treatments your child would like to come for longer they can, there are no hard and fast rules here :-) Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and carers do not need to be in the treatment room but will need to be in the shared waiting space.
