40 minutes for teens...this one is recommended for those teens who have tried the shorter times and know they enjoy being here. Sam began massaging her eldest son (now 13) as a newborn and still does, has seen first hand the difference a massage can make to the wellbeing of young children and teenagers. Introducing tweens and teens to the concept of resting and being still as a benefit to being active. Choosing to take time out, self care is a choice - Sam makes this obvious to all her Zen Den kids and teens in an age appropriate manner.
