We have decided to make bookings in Zen Den easier! All you is choose the length of time you'd like and then on your booking form, please state which treatment you' d like! All 60 minute treatments cost the same, you are simply paying for 60- minutes of Sam's time and skills - Easy! If you can't see what you'd like, switch to her 90 minute options. Swedish back Massage (Sam's absolute fave and signature treatment) Indian Head (seated - upper back, face and head ) Reiki (Energy work....amazing try it!) Pregnancy 'Fusion' - with this you can combine any 2 of the above Whatever you have put on the form...Sam will chat to you at the start of your massage and then help you decide what the best treatment will be and how the time will be used for each choice.
