We have decided to make bookings in Zen Den easier! All you is choose the length of time you'd like and then on your booking form, please state which treatment you' d like! All 90 minute treatments cost the same you are simply paying for 90- minutes of Sam's time and skills - Easy! Swedish Massage (Sam's absolute fave and signature treatment) Indian Head (seated - upper back, face and head ) Reiki (Energy work....amazing try it!) Hot Stones - Only available as part of the Fusion Warm Bamboo - Only available as part of the Fusion Pregnancy - When choosing this you can only have 60 minutes 'hands on' followed by 30 min Reiki 'Fusion' - with this you can combine any of the above Whatever you have put on the form...Sam will chat to you at the start of your massage and then help you decide what the best treatment will be and how the time will be used for each choice. This is perfect for those of you who might want to try something new and works well if you just can't decide. Please note - you must make a note in your booking if your require Hot Stones and/or Warm Bamboo as these needed to be heated prior to your arrival.
