We are thrilled to be offering these personalised sessions for just 4 of you in one class. And with our new teacher Flo! You will have Flo's undivided attention with the intention of tailoring your personal practice each week so that you get the very best of of each session. Yoga is such a wonderful journey - There are so many variations of yoga out there! so we are thrilled to have Flo on board offering you a variation to what is currently taught in Zen Den. You will be in safe hands with her nurturing yogi skills. Her style is a slow form of vinyasa flow, allowing practitioners to find the pose in their own body and using the breath to coordinate the movements to bring balance and space.

Please ensure you allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to move your appointment - we will need to charge you if unable to fill your spot with less notice. However we are super busy and mostly able to fill last minute slots via social media, so this is just a gentle policy and will only use only if we really need to - Namaste and thank you for booking in!
