Service Description

In this new after school club we will be exploring all things Zen Den... yoga, breath work, meditation and of course a dash of creativity. This club is designed for kids/teens who needs grow a toolbox of skills to switch of and unwind. Skills they can use in school, at home and out and about in our very busy world. The club is designed to be flexible so as a group we will agree on what we feel like doing each session. There will be an opportunity to decompress from their day and share things that are maybe playing on their mind. WE will always aim to feel like a little Zen Den family...safe, secure and chilled.
