I am so hounoured to be offering this first ever WEEKEND Retreat OUR NEW gorgeous venue IS tooOOO STUNNING. This day will be focussed on time for you and to connect with your self through yoga, breathwork. meditation and sound. Whether you choose to come alone or with another person, you will leave feeling absolutely ZEN
This is for anyone who is curious. Curious about all things Zen Den , that means you can be new OR more experienced. I have capacity to hold a space for all to grow... its not about where you are at, it's about your intention for yourself, I can certainly ENCOURAGE and support INTROSPECTION and growth.
This is going to be a weekend where you learn about yourself. You'll have some 'takeaway elements' to use at home if you wish.
My personal life as an individual female on a journey has been in the backdrop of how I grow my business. Authenticity is at the heart of what I choose to host, provide and promote.
Prior to my career in motherhood…I have been a Teacher, Child Protection Officer, Learning Mentor, Child Minder…and then came my own creation - ZEN DEN. It has been a career choice that has kept me grounded and focused during some of the most formative years of my life. This next chapter is most certainly going to be hugely impactful in each area of my life and I can't wait to own it like never before.
Each workshop is unique - This is the basic outline for each, due to the nature of my instinctive work I will respond to the group and what is needed individually and collectively on the day... I trust that that is ok!

DAY ONE - Saturday 30th August
10am – Meet and Greet Circle Helloooo and Namaste
10:30-12pm – Beginners Integral Yoga
A complete practice and how understanding yoga can change your life
12:00-1pm – A light Veggie/Vegan buffet lunch from my beautiful friend Hannah from Little Grazy
1-2pm Optional chill OR mini walk in the glorious countryside
2:00-3:30pm – Something Creative...making things and how this accommodates connection with a different part of the brain
3:30-4:30pm BREAK to checkin to out YURTS
4:30-5:30pm - Sound Healing With Paige
6:00-7:30 Veggie Vegan delights
8pm – Cauldron Vibes!
OPtional Hot Chocolate and fireside stories (created together)
DAY TWO - Sunday 31st August

7-8:30am - Rise and Shine Yoga and relaxation with silence
8:30-9am -journalling in silence
9-10am Breakfast
11am checkout of yurts...followed by mindfulness walk in the stunning countryside
1pm - Lunch
2-4pm Workshop Understanding the power of the breath and breath control - simple techniques that will impact in a profound way
