FESTIVE MINI EVENING RETREAT SUSTAIN FARM SHOP - The Stretch Tent such a lively little venue which I’ve only just discovered. But it’s where Jazz spend a lot of time - it’s perfect for what we have planned for you all 7th dec - 3 hours of festive magic a dash of fun and of course mindful, musical, energy healing bliss. 5:30-8:30pm £45 per person. What to expect: - Make your own Mindful Crystal Christingles a playful, joyous and mindful workshop/activity - Breathwork led session with Sam - Tea, coffee and cake plus mince pies home made by Sam's Mum!! Hot choccie and non alcoholic mulled wine - Festive Sound bath and meditation, Jazz will be bringing some special festive sounds to make things cozy and festive! - I will offer reiki whilst the bowls are being played There are 30 spaces in total, but I only have 15 to offer you as Jazzy will be offering half the spaces to her clients!
